This was my first Segway tour and it was so much fun! Took a little while to get my Segway legs, but then it was like floating over the paths. Dock was fun, attentive and informative. The perfect guide for my first time. Sheboygan had much more to offer than I expected. Loved this trip.

Nick was the Segway guide in Fish Creek, Door County Wisconsin for my 11 year old granddaughter and me. He gave very clear and complete directions on how to safely ride and drive our Segway units. Nick was excellent at making us both feel comfortable and competent as we competed our tour. He provided us with many interesting facts about the Fish Creek area throughout the tour. I would recommend this tour to new Segway riders as well as to those new to riding on a Segway. It was my granddaughter's first time riding (11 years old) on a Segway and my (72 years old) first time too.

We had a great tour with Brian! He patiently tutored us on the Segways to make sure we were comfortable before embarking, and took us on an eventful but laid-back journey through the white sand dunes and caves, stopping to assist with pictures, give history, and provide recommendations for Door County activities and food. Will do again!

Had a great Segway tour with our guide Nick. Segway's are awesome on there own and Nick's tour made it even more of a memorable experience. I never knew there was an Island in Sheboygan, nor the Chimney sweep. He pointed out many interesting sights that everyone simply passes over. Highly recommend.

Peninsula State Park Segway Tour – Scenic Door County Views
The most fun way to see Peninsula State Park! Don't just drive through Peninsula State Park. Experience it with someone who knows it. You'll glide Skyline Road, stop at overlooks most visitors drive straight past, hear the stories behind the park, and get photos along the way—all while your guide takes care of the route. There’s something about gliding through Peninsula State Park on a Segway that makes sightseeing feel like an adventure. Cruise beneath the trees, climb Skyline Road, stop at spectacular overlooks, and enjoy one of the most fun ways to experience Door County’s best-known park. Never ridden a Segway? That’s completely normal. We start with patient, one-on-one training and don’t head into the park until everyone feels comfortable. This guided Segway tour explores Peninsula State Park through a relaxed, scenic route designed to highlight the park’s most enjoyable areas. The experience moves at a comfortable pace, allowing time to take in views, enjoy the surroundings, and experience the park without long walks or rushed sightseeing. The route is planned to showcase a mix of wooded roads, elevated overlooks, and quiet scenic corridors, creating a smooth, easy-to-follow ride through one of Door County’s most well-known parks.

Washington Island Adventure Segway Tour (Half-Day)
Make a day of it with one of our biggest Door County Segway adventures — a half-day journey across Washington Island. Your adventure begins on the mainland, where we’ll get everyone comfortable on the Segways before boarding the ferry together. Then the Segways come right along with us as we cross Death’s Door and head to Washington Island. Once we arrive, the fun really begins. You’ll glide for miles along quiet island roads, through open farmland and wooded stretches, with stops at some of Washington Island’s most memorable places. Depending on the day and season, the route may include the Stavkirke, lavender fields, historic sites, shoreline views, and other island landmarks. Washington Island is especially fun to explore by Segway because you can cover far more ground than you could on foot while still being out in the open and connected to everything around you. There are long stretches where you can simply settle in, enjoy the ride, and take in the scenery. We’ll stop for lunch along the way, share stories about island life and history, and continue exploring before eventually riding back to the ferry for the trip to the mainland. This isn’t just a tour with a few stops — it’s a real Washington Island outing. Ferry ride, lunch, beautiful scenery, fascinating places, and plenty of Segway riding are all part of the adventure.

Cave Point & Whitefish Dunes Segway Tour
Glide through one of Door County’s most dramatic landscapes on a Segway adventure that combines wooded roads, Lake Michigan shoreline, and the famous limestone cliffs of Cave Point. After a little training and practice, you’ll head out on quiet roads near Cave Point County Park and Whitefish Dunes State Park. Riding the Segway is part of the fun — cruising beneath the trees, moving easily from one scenic area to the next, and covering much more ground than you could on foot. Along the way, you’ll stop near the shoreline to see the wave-carved limestone cliffs and clear waters that make Cave Point one of Door County’s most recognizable natural attractions. Your guide will share stories about the area, its geology, and the unusual landscape surrounding Whitefish Dunes. This tour gives you a little bit of everything: forest, dunes, cliffs, Lake Michigan views, and plenty of time simply enjoying the Segway ride itself. It’s a fun and memorable way to experience a completely different side of Door County.

Egg Harbor Vintage Segway Tour
Glide through one of Door County’s favorite harbor villages on a Segway tour that mixes waterfront views, quiet backroads, and plenty of fun riding. After a little training and practice, you’ll set off through Egg Harbor, cruising past village streets, wooded areas, and roads near the base of the Niagara Escarpment. Along the way, you’ll enjoy views of the marina and Green Bay while discovering some of the quieter corners that many visitors never see. The Segway is a great fit for Egg Harbor because the route gives you room to ride while still keeping you close to the character of the village. Your guide will share stories about the area, its historic resorts, local landmarks, and how Egg Harbor grew into one of Door County’s best-known vacation communities. It’s a fun mix of Segway riding, harbor scenery, and old Door County charm — with enough variety to make the ride itself as enjoyable as the places you see along the way.

Baileys Harbor Lighthouse Segway Tour
Explore the quieter side of Door County on a Segway ride through Baileys Harbor, where historic lighthouses, wooded roads, and Lake Michigan shoreline all come together. Once you’re comfortable on the Segway, you’ll set off along scenic roads near the Ridges Sanctuary and Toft Point, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the ride itself. Glide beneath the trees, cruise along the lakeshore, and take in a part of Door County that feels very different from the busier west side of the peninsula. One of the highlights is the historic Baileys Harbor Range Lights, where your guide will share stories of the harbor’s maritime past, early settlements, and the people who depended on these lights to navigate Lake Michigan. It’s a fun mix of Segway riding, beautiful scenery, and local history — and a great way to discover one of Door County’s most interesting communities.

Ellison Bay Cherry Orchards Segway Tour
Get off the beaten path and experience a quieter, more adventurous side of Door County as you glide through the countryside around Ellison Bay. This Segway tour takes you along scenic country roads past cherry orchards, farms, wooded stretches, and classic Door County landscapes. There’s plenty of room to enjoy riding the Segway, and the open roads make this one of our favorite tours for simply cruising and having fun. Along the way, you’ll make your way toward Ellison Bluff, where the land rises dramatically above the waters of Green Bay. The overlook is one of northern Door County’s hidden gems, with beautiful views from high above the shoreline. Your guide will share stories about the area, its agricultural history, and Door County’s famous cherry-growing tradition as you explore. If you want beautiful scenery, a little local flavor, and plenty of enjoyable Segway riding away from the busiest tourist areas, this is a wonderful way to see another side of Door County.

Sturgeon Bay Canal & Downtown Segway Tour
Explore Door County’s working waterfront from a completely different perspective on this fun Segway ride through Sturgeon Bay. After getting comfortable on your Segway, you’ll glide along the waterfront, through downtown streets, and across areas shaped by Sturgeon Bay’s long connection to ships and the Great Lakes. This is a great route for riding — with a mix of open stretches, bridges, neighborhoods, and plenty to see along the way. You’ll get views of the harbor, the historic Steel Bridge, shipyards, marinas, and the working waterfront that give Sturgeon Bay its distinctive character. Your guide will share stories about the canal, local history, and the ships that have made this city such an important part of Door County. It’s an energetic mix of Segway riding, waterfront scenery, and local history — and a fun way to see much more of Sturgeon Bay than you probably would on foot.

Sister Bay Village Segway Tour – Downtown & Waterfront
Short on time but still want the Segway experience? This 50-minute ride is a fun way to explore one of Door County’s liveliest waterfront villages. After a little training, you’ll glide through Sister Bay’s village streets, cruise near the waterfront, and enjoy the freedom of seeing much more than you could cover on foot. The route gives you a mix of shoreline activity, village scenery, and plenty of time to simply enjoy riding the Segway. Your guide will point out interesting spots along the way and share a few stories about Sister Bay, but this tour is really about getting out, riding, and having fun. It’s a great choice if you want to try a Segway, add something different to your day, or fit a memorable Door County experience between shopping, dining, and exploring.

Fish Creek Segway Tour
Want to try a Segway without committing to a longer tour? Fish Creek is a great place to start. After a little training and practice, you’ll head out for a fun ride through one of Door County’s most popular villages. Glide along village streets, near the marina and shoreline, and out toward Sunset Beach Park while getting a feel for both Fish Creek and the Segway. Because this is a shorter tour, there’s less emphasis on detailed sightseeing and more time to simply enjoy the experience of riding. You’ll still see some beautiful parts of Fish Creek, hear a few local stories, and get great views of the harbor and surrounding shoreline. It’s a fun, easy way to try something different during your Door County visit — and you may be surprised by how quickly you go from learning the Segway to wishing the ride were longer.

Combine the fun of Segway riding with a walk into one of Door County’s most interesting natural areas on this Baileys Harbor Segway & Hike adventure. You’ll begin by gliding along scenic roads near the Lake Michigan shoreline, passing wooded areas, historic sites, and the Baileys Harbor Range Lights. Then you’ll park the Segways and continue on foot into Toft Point, where the experience changes completely. The hike takes you into a quieter, more natural side of Door County, with old-growth forest, native plants, shoreline scenery, and stories about the history and ecology of this special area. After exploring on foot, you’ll climb back on the Segways and enjoy the ride again. It’s a fun combination of riding, walking, history, and nature — and a great choice for guests who want to do more than simply sightsee from the road.
These guided Segway tours are a popular choice for visitors looking for fun things to do in Door County that don’t involve long walks or prior experience.
