Words cannot express what an absolute blast we had on our Washington Island Segway tour! Our guide Mark had just the right mix of humor, patience, knowledge, and fun. He let us help choose our own adventure and found a way to bring three groups of people together so that we all felt like friends by the end. Lunch consisted of delicious sub sandwiches, choose your own chips and drink, and fruit from the cutest ever grocery store on the island. We ate around a large picnic table at the beach and enjoyed getting to know each other. There were opportunities to stop and buy souvenirs and ice cream. When it started raining Mark was ready with ponchos for us all. This might be the best tour I have ever taken in any realm. When you are in Door County, make sure you try one of their awesome tours! You will not regret it!!

Our family had an amazing experience riding Segway's for the first time ever. We were lucky enough to have Mark teach us, who turned out to be a great guide. He was personable, patient and very knowledgeable about riding, and also with pointing out interesting things on the Fish Creek tour. It was a lot of fun, and we would definitely do it again. Thanks again Mark for one of the most memorable experiences on our Door County vacation. I highly recommend this company if you are thinking about a Segway tour.

This tour was fantastic! Brian, our tour guide, was excellent at showing us some cool things at Peninsula State Park and also teaching our kids how to be safe and confident on a Segway. Our 11 year old was a little nervous, and he was patient and wonderful with her, always making sure he could grab her Segway when we were going up and down a steeper hill. It was so much fun and it's definitely something we will do again on a future trip!

We did the Scooter tour with Nick as our guide and it was a great time! Nick was awesome and shared some of the local Landmarks with us and made the overall experience very enjoyable. I would recommend this tour and plan on booking another one the next time we're up in the Door.

Mark was a great guide. Helped us get comfortable using the segways quickly. Beautiful park. He pointed out things we wouldn’t have noticed on our own. The leaves are starting to turn, so pretty time of year.

Excellent Segway Tour with Brian. It was a beautiful fall day in Door County, WI. The group was small so we had a personal touch. Brian shared some cool facts and gave us time to stop, take pictures and enjoy the adventure.

Mark is a very entertaining guild and a great instructor. My wife and I went on a two day get away for fall colors and booked our first ever Segway adventure. I highly recommend the Peninsula State Park Segway tour period, but if you do get Mark as your guild tell him hello and enjoy your experience.

My friend and I went on the Baileys Harbor Lighthouse Tour and Toft Point Hike. Our guide was Mark. he was a great guide. He gave us very good instructions on how to operate the Segway. We both felt comfortable operating them. The tour was informative and full of fun facts and humor. The hike into the Toft Point State Natural Reserve Area was beautiful and full of natural flora and history. A great experience! Thanks Mark !!

We did a Friday afternoon park tour. We are both in our 70s and had just a bit of concern about the segway operation. Our guide was Mark, and he was an excellent instructor. In 10 minutes we were on our way. Mark was enthusiastic, informative and friendly. The tour went well, we enjoyed the whole trip and highly recommend Mark and the N.E.W. company.

We met up with Nick very soon after our arrival on the SS Badger coming from Ludington. We have operated Segway's numerous times, but still Nick was very thorough in his explanation and demonstration of safe operation. Then off we went. This was an excellent two hours. First, it was FUN! Beyond the fun it was informative. We had no idea of the historical significance of Manitowoc in terms of ship building and the war effort during WW I and WW II . This could easily be expanded to 3 hours by extending the ride along the waterfront all the way to Two Rivers, incorporating an optional stop at the bright pink ice cream shop! We did ride our bikes to Two Rivers and back. The Mariner's Trail is a lovely path this tour takes. Makes this excursion not just fun, but scenically beautiful as well. We highly recommend doing the Segway tour with Segway the Door.

My husband and I love Segway tours, so we were excited when we read about this tour company in the local newspaper offering tours in our new hometown of Neenah, WI ! Our tour was a great way to explore our new surroundings! We traveled trails along the Fox River, Little Lake Butte Des Morts and Lake Winnebago and learned about the local Native American tribes traditions in the area and their influence on Neenah/Menasha. We toured old neighborhoods passing by stately mansions built in the 1800's and early 1900's by the "paper barons" who helped develop the community. We also learned about the Bergstrom family's continued commitment to enrich the Neenah community. Along the way we stopped by historical sites and traveled through beautiful park areas. Our tour guide, Lonnie was fantastic, just a great guy. We had the best time!

Mark was our guide for the Cave Point/Whitefish Dunes Segway Tour. We were on a “Grandparents Camp” of the Door County area. He did an excellent job of teaching us how to safely ride the Segways. He was very concerned for our safety. My wife, two grandchildren and I felt safe under his guidance. Along the tour he pointed out unique plants and local berries both good and bad. We toured a Visitor’s Center, beach and cliffs. The cliffs were very impressive. Touring with Mark was a fun and pleasurable experience. I would recommend Mark and Cave Point/Whitefish Dunes Segway Tours to my friends and family. rlw

2nd time on this tour, it never gets old .... Our guide, Mark, was excellent and the state park has breathtaking views of the bay ... The Segway's are very easy to learn, as it was our 2nd time we just jumped on and took off .... The other couple was up and running in ~5 minutes of practice ... 2024 Guide Brian and 2025 Guide Mark = A++ ... A must do activity in Door County ....
