Cancellation Policy

$10 off per person

*Use Promo code “10off” for a Segway Tour on one of the following dates:

April 1- May 24th- Mon. through Fri.
June- Mon. through Thurs.
July 8th to 25th- Mon. and Thurs.
August- Mon. and Wed.
September 9th to 30th- Any Mon. through Fri.
October & November- Mon. through Thurs.

Good for tours over $45.

*100% REFUND IN CASE OF RAIN OR BAD WEATHER. Please call 920-376-0256 to change or cancel your tour.*

 

Cancellations for other reasons:

  • Fun Seekers who call to cancel less than 3 hours before the tour will receive a Gift Card refund for 50% of the cost of the tour.
  • Fun Seekers who call to cancel less than 12 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
  • Fun Seekers who call to cancel 12 hours before the tour will receive a 100% refund.
