The tour size is kept small @ up to 9 people per tour unless you are a group booking together. We can accommodate up to 50!

Yes. Riders must be at least around 11 years old (you know your child better than we do). More mature riders must be able to stand comfortably without assistance.
No, but you must be comfortable on your feet. If you have a hard time walking up stairs without assistance, it is probably not a good fit.
Most scheduled tours are public, meaning other guests may join. The average tour size is about 4-6 people. Private tours are always private and reserved exclusively for your group.
Segway tours work well for a wide range of guests, but they are not a fit for everyone. As long as you can stand without assistance and feel comfortable stepping on and off the Segway, you should be able to ride. If you’re unsure, feel free to call us to talk through your situation.

Yes. There are regular stops, and your guide takes photos during the tour and sends them to you automatically (free).
Tours typically operate when temperatures are around 40°F or warmer. The Segway has no problem with rain — but we understand if you do. Tours typically go out in light rain, and ponchos are provided. If the weather becomes an issue, tours can be canceled with a full refund, or we can work together to reschedule. Please call 920-376-0256 to make changes.

Less than 12 hours before your tour: 50% refund.

We don’t want people to show up for their tour without a reservation because we will not have a Segway for you. When you make your reservation we give you the meeting location or choose "Find a Tour Near You" to see meeting locations.
No, for most tours, there is at least one stop where we get off the Segway to rest our feet. As tours are in small groups, we can also stop as desired by the group.
Yes, there is a handlebar bag for items.
Tax and booking fees are added to the price of the tour.
No, pregnant women are not allowed to ride on the Segway PT for safety reasons. There is a possibility that you would fall.
No. The Segway is designed for one rider. In limited cases, you can rent a bike for them to bring them along.
The tour guides are very good at training and setting you at ease. If you decide you are not comfortable going on the tour there is a $20 training fee.
Yes, it is necessary to sign a liability waiver before participating in the tour. After booking, you will receive the waiver via email to fill out. This is a standard procedure to ensure safety for all participants.
