Itinerary
Make your reservation ahead of time and we meet at the starting location of the tour.
The Segway PT trainer trains each participant one at a time on the Segway PT.
After being trained, it is best to practice your stops and turns in order to learn to trust the Segway (TRUST is the key). So far, this has taken about 2 – 25 minutes depending on the size of the group (there is always at least a 1:9 ratio between guides and FUN SEEKERS)
We head out on the Segway PT into historic, serene, and beautiful places in Green Bay!
Tour info
Why take this tour?
What happens when you arrive
When you arrive, your guide will:
- Get everyone fitted with helmets
- Explain how the Segway works in plain language
- Practice with each guest until they’re comfortable
- Answer questions before the tour begins
Training is unhurried, and your guide stays nearby to help fine-tune balance and build confidence.
The ride itself
Once everyone is comfortable, the tour moves through Sturgeon Bay’s downtown streets, waterfront corridors, and creative districts where public art is woven into everyday spaces.
Along the way, you’ll experience:
- Murals created by regional and local artists
- Sculptures tied to maritime history, nature, and community identity
- Interactive or walk-up pieces designed to be viewed up close
- Art located in parks, along sidewalks, and near the waterfront
Your guide shares background and context for select pieces — why they’re there and what they reflect about Sturgeon Bay — while keeping the pace easy and unhurried. Stops are built in so you can look closely, ask questions, and take photos.
