Private Group Segway Tour

A private, guided Segway experience designed for groups who want to ride together at a comfortable, supported pace. This private group Segway tour is designed for groups who want to ride together in a coordinated, low-stress experience. Rather than joining a public tour, your group rides privately with a guide who adjusts pacing, training, and routing based on how the group is feeling. The focus is on comfort, clarity, and keeping the group together, not on covering a specific route or checking off landmarks. This option works well when privacy, flexibility, and group dynamics matter more than a fixed itinerary.

Competitive Relay Races

A private, guided Segway group activity designed for friendly competition, teamwork, and high energy. Competitive Relay Races are designed for groups that enjoy structured challenges, friendly rivalry, and an energetic pace. This experience uses guided relay-style activities where teams work together, follow clear rules, and compete in a supportive, well-managed environment. While the tone is competitive, safety, clarity, and group management always come first. This is a private group experience, not a public tour.

Segway Experiences We Offer

Our group Segway offerings are designed for organized groups who want a private, guided experience tailored to their size, energy level, and goals.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all option, we offer distinct group experiences so organizers can choose what fits their group best — whether that’s a calm shared ride, a lighthearted activity, or a high-energy challenge.

All group experiences are private and guided.

What all group experiences include

No matter which option you choose:

-Your experience is always private

-Helmets and guided instruction are included

-Training is unhurried and adjusted to the group

-Guides manage pacing, safety, and flow

-Weather policies are the same as our regular tours

As long as participants can stand comfortably without assistance, most groups do very well.

As we often say:
These activities work for the overwhelming number of people — but they are not good for everyone.

Group size & planning notes

Group Size

Group experiences work especially well for larger groups. Larger groups may involve multiple guides or brief splitting to keep the experience comfortable.

A 3-day lead time is strongly recommended.

Not sure which group experience fits best?

That’s common — and expected.

If you’re unsure:

  • Think about energy level first (calm vs competitive)

  • Consider whether sightseeing or interaction matters more

  • Decide if the group wants to ride together or be challenged

If you’d like help choosing, a short conversation can save a lot of back-and-forth later.

Ready to start planning?

All group experiences are scheduled individually.

To get started:

  • Call 920-376-0256, or
